“Your body exists in the past. Your mind lives in the future. In yoga, they come together in the present.”

I joined the mum and baby yoga classes offered by Leila in Abbeyknockmoy. My 9 month old baby loved the baby yoga moves and enjoyed crawling around while I got to do some gentle yoga. The classes are such a treat with tea and homemade goodies at the end of each class and it is so nice to chat to other mums at the class. Can’t wait for the next class!

YOGA CLASSES

Why Join Our Community Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are gentle, grounding, and open to everyone — no experience or flexibility needed.

Here’s what you might find on the mat:

A moment of calm

Slow down, breathe deeply, and take time just for you in the middle of a busy week.

Less stress, more ease

Soften tension in your body, quiet your mind, and feel lighter by the end of class.

Move your body kindly

Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are — with soft stretches, gentle flows, and options for all levels.

Better sleep & more energy

Even one class a week can help you sleep more deeply and feel more balanced day to day.

Connection

Meet friendly faces in a relaxed setting. We move together, breathe together, and support each other — no pressure, just presence.

"Yoga with us isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about showing up, moving gently, and leaving feeling better than when you arrived."
