Welcome to Sonny’s Farm! By accessing, registering, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, products, events, or workshops, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Yoga Classes and Workshops

• Acknowledgement of Risk:
  By participating in our yoga classes or related activities, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical movement and the risk of injury, which cannot be entirely eliminated.
  You agree to listen to your body, modify postures as needed, and seek guidance from the teacher if you experience any pain or discomfort.

• Medical Disclaimer:
  Yoga is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not recommended under certain medical conditions. You affirm that you are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically fit to participate and that you have consulted your doctor if necessary.

• Liability Waiver:
  By participating, you irrevocably release and waive any claims of liability against Sonny’s Farm, its owners, instructors, and affiliates, for any injury, illness, or damages arising from your participation.

2. Event Registrations and Payments

• Cash Payments:
  If you choose to pay in cash, you must complete the online registration form to secure your place. Payment is due in full on the day of the event, before participation.

• Online Payments:
  You may also choose to pay online securely through our website using Squarespace’s integrated payment gateway. Your booking will be confirmed immediately upon successful online payment.

• Pre-Paid Registrations:
  For workshops, retreats, or events requiring upfront payment, your booking is only guaranteed once payment is received.

3. Organic Product Sales

• We offer a variety of farm produce, bakes, and other organic products for sale, available for pre-order or purchase through our website.

• Orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

• Products must be collected on the agreed date or delivered if specified. If items are not collected, no refunds will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• Yoga Classes & Workshops:
  Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or workshop are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another session.
  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

• Farm Produce, Bakes, and Organic Products:
  Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once confirmed, unless the product is defective or not as described.

• Event or Order Cancellation by Sonny’s Farm:
  In the unlikely event that we must cancel a class, event, or product order (e.g., due to bad weather, illness, or supply issues), you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date or product, whichever you prefer.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, and materials, remains the sole property of Sonny’s Farm. No part of our content may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration, purchase, or newsletter sign-up will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
