Made with our organic rye sourdough starter and slowly fermented for incredible depth of flavour, these cookies are packed with dark Belgian chocolate, rich Irish butter, and free-range Irish eggs. Baked in small batches, they deliver crisp edges, a soft chewy centre, and deep caramel notes.

Featured in Galway Now magazine as “one cool cookie”, they’re the treat people keep coming back for.

Each generously sized cookie weighs 95g. Perfect with coffee, for sharing (or not), or as a thoughtful gift. Packed in beautiful biodegradable bags of 3 cookies.

Ingredients: Belgian dark chocolate, WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER (MILK), sourdough starter (WHEAT), EGG, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

Pick-up in at the farm (Tuam area) or delivery: nationwide.

Every order is baked fresh to order and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.
