These sourdough cookies are made using our organic rye sourdough starter, slowly fermented for depth of flavour and an irresistibly soft centre. Each cookie is packed with dark Belgian chocolate, rich Irish butter, and free-range Irish eggs, then baked in small batches for perfect balance: crisp edges, chewy middle, deep caramel notes.
They’re the cookie people come back for. Some have even told us they’re the best cookie they’ve ever had.
Perfect with coffee, to share (or not), or as a thoughtful, indulgent gift.
Packed in beautiful biodegradable bags of 3 cookies.

Ingredients: Belgian dark chocolate, WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER (MILK), sourdough starter (WHEAT), EGG, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
Pick-up in at the farm (Tuam area) or delivery: nationwide.
Orders are baked fresh and dispatched every Tuesday, delivery within 2–3 days.
